After you get ready and familiar with the comfort in your theme room we invite you for a relaxing back rub. In the evening you find a pre-reserved table and your exploration journey to a special culinary treat can begin. In dem halbtägigen Kurs blicken Sie Herrn Opitz über die Schulter und kreieren gemeinsam einen Teil Ihres abendlichen 4-Gang Menüs. Lernen Sie Tipps und Tricks aus der Klosterküche kennen oder entlocken Sie Herrn Opitz ein paar Geheimnisse aus der der Menükarte des Gourmet-Restaurants „Refugium“.
Sie starten gegen 11.30 Uhr mit einem leichten und fruchtigen Snack in den Tag, bevor es dann gemeinsam von 12.00 bis 16.00 Uhr ans Lernen, Schneiden, Kochen und Schmecken geht. Bis zum Abend haben Sie Zeit das Gelernte bei einem leckeren Tee oder Kaffee in unserem historischen Kreuzgang Revue passieren zu lassen oder sich in der Gruppe auszutauschen. Wenn Sie den Kurs inkl. einer Übernachtung gebucht haben, nutzen Sie doch einfach zur Entspannung unsere BadeLust mit Sauna und kleinem Pool.
