Our chief cook Martin Opitz and his team welcome you in the restaurant "Refugium", where space and select entrees for up to 30 guests are offered - surroundes by a remarkable atmosphere. Beneath the cross-shaped vault, simple but sophisticated cuisine of the finest ingredients will be served. The combination of modern German cuisine, daily made, and a monastic reserve provides pure and culinary enjoyment.
Our menu includes harmonious compositions of delicacies like foie gras on almond mousse or sea bass with chanterelles, passion fruit and basil. Invigorating herbs and fruits from our own garden complement the dishes served here. Á la carte options are also available -- our service team will be happy to give recommendations.
