This small restaurant is located on the grounds of the former refectory of the monastery. Here was the place where all monks came together for the two meals which were allowed by the St. Benedict rule. Under the huge vault and the ancient column in the centre of the room this is the perfect historic setting for a memorable dinner experience. On elegant set tables savour delicacies from the region or international dishes along with a wide range of wines from the region and the world.
This restaurant seats a maximum of 30 guests and the adjacent “Klostertafel” seats another 18 guests in a very private atmosphere. You may choose this place and the long wooden table for a private dinner with friends or a birthday celebration. In the dining room “Säulenzimmer” we arrange all dinners for the special package reservations.
