Dessert cooking course with Olivier Fabing

Cooking classes abound but there are few that focus only on desserts or sweets. This crowning glory to every fine meal is understandably dear to the heart of Olivier Fabing.  He invites you to learn from him the arts of the French patisserie.

You arrive by 11:00 a.m. and begin the day with a little snack together with Olivier to discuss the further activities of the day. At noon you will start with the course and continue until 5.00 p.m. with your own dessert as a result. Now it is a little bit time to relax. After some time off you will meet with Olivier Fabing at 7:00 p.m. for a pre-dinner drink before sitting down to a dinner with your self-made dessert.

€ 268,00 in a shared suite
€ 276,00 in a single room


If you do not wish to overnight, the cooking course costs € 168.00.
Without overnight AND without dinner the course costs € 89.00.
An escort may join for dinner only at the cost of € 83.00.
