Our services for you: 
As flexible as your event is unique

When it comes to conferences and events, we do no believe in flat rates or package deals. You should have the flexibility to plan your event exactly the way you like it. We assume you will need some flip charts and a beamer or two – but maybe you will prefer a quick stand-up lunch over a sit down meal and want to opt for a more elaborate dinner after the work is done.

Let us know your plans, and we will work out an offer together that fits your needs. A simple, no strings attached inquiry will get us started.

Basic information
  • We calculate for the overnight stay from Sunday to Monday including breakfast and free use of our spa area "BadeLust" from 109,00€ per person in a single room / per day.
  • All prices include value added tax.
  • We charge parking costs of 3,00€ per room and day.
Arrival and departure

The rooms are available to occupy from 3 pm. Please continue to support us in our efforts to make the room as fresh and friendly for the next guest as you found them and bring your key back until 10 am.

Individual services and room rentals

Offers for a good start into the day:

Coffee break:

  • For coffee lovers and the "cup-for-in between" a coffee maker is available throughout the day. There is also a constantly filled fruit basket with fresh fruits. In addition, in the mornings and afternoons, we will offer you tea biscuits, cereals, juices or snacks, homemade cakes, milkshakes, yogurt

Rent the meeting and conference rooms

In our room rent is our standard equipment already (1 flip chart, 3 pin boards, moderation kid and screen) included. A beamer can be booked for € 100,00.

By reaching the consumption sales the room meeting fees is only 50%.

Conference rooms - Room size and seating options

HERE you can HOLD A MEETING – this is how it might look like and this is how you can plan.

Our meeting and seminar rooms are located, except for the Abtskapelle, all on the first floor of the main building and are looked after by the team of the conference office. The rooms "HochZeit" I and II can be divided by a mobile partition.
