All conference rooms at the Kloster Hornbach are equipped with the modern conference necessities:

Additional equipment, such as microphones, teleconferencing systems, or extra presentation equipment, is available on request.

Whether in the foyer, the historic cloister with access to the inner courtyard, or one of our restaurant areas, there’s no shortage of options for relaxing breaks between sessions.

Freshly prepared snacks, fruit, homemade cakes, and a selection of drinks are supplied by our kitchen team. The lunch or dinner menu options range from a light business lunch to a formal 5-course meal.

Break-time catering can be tailored to the wishes and rhythm of your event.

From individual components that you can flexibly combine to a complete all-inclusive package – this is the foundation for a successful event, tailored to you. • Overnight stay (Sun–Fri) in a single room, including monastery breakfast buffet and use of the “BadeLust” wellness area: from €137.00 per person per night.

Lat-night surcharge (from midnight)

Our first-class team is happy to support your event into the early hours. For events running past midnight, a staffing surcharge applies:

• Up to 20 guests: €130.00 per hour
• Up to 45 guests: €175.00 per hour
• 46 guests or more: €205.00 per hour
• 70 guests or more: €240.00 per hour
