This November, we’re giving goose a year off – and letting duck have its moment.
In place of the traditional St Martin’s Day goose, head chef Martin Opitz presents a four-course autumn menu centred entirely around duck. Crisp, rich, and endlessly versatile – each course explores a different facet of this beautifully complex bird, prepared with the care, precision, and seasonal accompaniments that make a meal genuinely memorable. Martin has long had a soft spot for goose – but this year, it’s duck that gets his full attention, in every delicious form.
An evening for those who love tradition and welcome a little variety.
