Working alongside head chef Martin Opitz, you’ll help prepare part of your own four-course menu – then sit down to enjoy it properly around the long table in the Lösch dining room. You’ll gain plenty of tips from a professional kitchen along the way. Palatinate wines, charmingly introduced by Yalcin Dolgun, will accompany the meal. It’s a day you’ll remember – for the food and the company alike.
