Twice a year – for one night only – Martin Opitz revives the spirit of the Lösch’s former gourmet restaurant, the Refugium. In the open kitchen, a five-course menu takes shape before your eyes, inspired by the dishes that once graced the original menu. Reinterpreted, pared back, and precise, each course tells a story of craft, time, and the pleasure of good food eaten mindfully. The proximity to the kitchen invites connection; the evening unfolds as a shared experience, course by course.
